Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on bundles that have been opened.

Returns
If you're not completely happy with your purchase prior to installation we will provide a refund on hair extensions that have not been unwrapped, worn, or otherwise tampered with within fifteen (15) days of the date that you receive your order.

You must contact us prior to sending your return. Requests for refunds on merchandise returned without contacting us will not be honored. Returns & exchanges can only be completed via mail.

We ship our packages via standard US mail. Orders will ship 2-5 business days after receiving payment.
